What is the procedure for scheduling a visit?
If you are a new Waggin' Tails customer, please fill out the new customer form and email it to us.  If you are an existing customer, call or email us.

What if I have an emergency?
After becoming a Waggin' Tails client, you will be given a 24-hour emergency number. This number will be answered at all times and can be used to contact us for last minute requests.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require clients to cancel with 48 hours notice. This will allow us to credit your scheduled visits. If notice is given after this, you will forfeit those visits.

Check to make sure your dog's leash and collar are in good condition

Inform us of any changes in your pet's condition
